80 percent advance towards confirmation of order and remaining 20 percent at the time of installation (no deviation in payment terms)
2. Deposited Amount is liable to be forfeited once the project is approved and started.
3. To deliver the project with complete installation is a maximum of 2-3 weeks from the date of confirmation of order along with the advance payment.
4. In the event of cancellation of order (before work starts) a total of 10 percent of project value will be deducted and has to be borne by the customer.
5. Service warranty is applicable only for five years from the date of installation in case if any new components are required, then it will be charged as per actuals.
6. 18% p.a will be charged on all invoices if the amount is not paid within due dates.
7. Armoured cable and material logistics are payable by the consumer and not part of the order value.
8. It is the liability of the customer to get the civil work (construction of pillars) done or in case if the consumer wants us to get it done then it will be charged other than the order value.
9. In case of change of standard Bill of material (such as inverter, panels and accessories) difference amount has to be added to the package according to the market price and availability.
10. All the disputes are subject to Kanpur jurisdiction only.
